1. Who we are

Trixer is a fantasy sports platform focused on the professional triathlon circuit (IRONMAN and 70.3). This document describes how we collect, use, and protect user information.

2. Data collected

When you register and use Trixer, we collect:

• Username and email address (for authentication)
• In-game actions: athlete purchases, sales, and roster selections
• League participation and scores obtained
• Session data and access logs (for security and diagnostics)

We do not collect payment data. Trixer is free.

3. How we use your data

• Operate the game: display your roster, team, scores, and rankings
• Communicate relevant platform updates
• Generate aggregated and anonymous usage statistics
• Prevent fraud and ensure game integrity

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on the Supabase platform, hosted on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by Row Level Security (RLS) — each user only accesses their own data.

5. Athlete data

Information about professional athletes (name, nationality, PTO ranking, race results) is publicly available and obtained from open sources such as the PTO (Professional Triathletes Organisation) and official IRONMAN results. We do not store sensitive personal data of athletes.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct incorrect information in your profile

7. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

8. Minors

Trixer is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from minors without parental consent, we will remove that information immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new policy.
